- Make a list of every event that gave you discomfort in your life. If you can remember it write it down (just few words.) Could be a lot so just do a couple of pages for now and then move to step 2,
- Bring your thought of the event into your minds eye and assign a stress number from ten (highest) to one (lowest.) Write it down next to the note on your paper.
- DO the work (EFT, Sedona or Release technique four to six repetitions.) Measure again, write down.
Move to the next item on your list and do the above process,
What to expect: Eventually the stress numbers go down. Do the process each day (while you are doing coffee enemas is an ideal time.)
You will have done the work perhaps 280 times in two weeks and at some point you will see the numbers get lower.
Your body will have learned to let go when you begin to see items in your original list that you are not seeing any charge (and are not sure why they are on your list.)
If is rare...
After two weeks of daily practice if you are not seeing any changes then I suggest you go to another technique and use that for two weeks. If you have practiced for six weeks and still see no change in the numbers, reach out to me or a practitioner for help.
